- Have it filled by your sponsor
- Bring it back with 2 ID pictures
- Bring your ID card or passport
- Fill the membership form
Within 3 weeks, your will have your membership card.
The membership card allows to check 2 books out for 2 weeks
It allows you to search through the Internet and print information for free.
